About UA Local 100

UA Local 100 is proudly affiliated with the United Association (UA) of Journeymen and Apprentices of the Plumbing and Pipefitting Industry of the United States and Canada.

We represent the men and women of the union piping industry in 34 Texas counties and one county in Arkansas.

Each day, we provide our affiliated signatory contractors with the most highly skilled and highly trained piping industry workforce in the region. Our members strive to finish their portions of projects on time and on or under budget, while performing the highest quality of work.

Southwest Pipe Trades Association

UA Local 100 is affiliated with the Southwest Pipe Trades Association (SWPTA), an organization chartered in 1914 to represent the common interests of the union workers and Mechanical Contractors Association contractors of the southwest plumbing and pipe fitting industry in Texas, Oklahoma and New Mexico.

Through this partnership, we continue to grow and promote the industry, while at the same time working to promote and grow our organizations.

UA Local 100 is proud to be part of the SWPTA and proudly represents the highly trained journeymen and apprentice plumbers, pipefitters, welders, sprinkler fitters and HVACR service technicians in Texas.
